To apply for Alpha-Cen:
Alpha-Cen is made up of Central Americans and Caribbean who have done or are enrolled in a postgraduate degree related to astronomical sciences, inside and outside the region, people with an undergrad degree in astrophysics or related topics or students enrolled in related undergrad degrees. In addition, people outside the region who collaborate with the development of astronomical sciences in Central America and the Caribbean may belong.
Requirements:
1) Having been born in a country in the region, working in an institution within the region or collaborating with the development of astronomical sciences in the region.

3) Submit an updated CV by email to: astrocenamerica@gmail.com .
4) Have the endorsement of a member of Alpha-Cen. If you don't know any of the members of Alpha-Cen you can send your expression of interest to astrocenamerica@gmail.com and you will be allocated a reviewer who will support your application if you match the selection criteria.
Applications will be reviewed by a committee and the committee's recommendation will be notified by email. The committee's decision must be ratified by the General Assembly in an ordinary session.
