- Can I participate in GUASA?
- Attending the courses. The cost is US$250 for non students and US$50 for university students and gives you free pass to all the activies, including courses, cocktail reception, dinner event, and participation diploma. The courses are directed to physics and math students, so there is a minimum level of knowledge necesary to understand the material.
- Attending the general public talks. There will be general public talks on some days. These talks are open to all people, they are free and youdon't need to have any previous knowledge on the topic.
- What is the level of physics and math needed to attend the courses?
- How can I pay to attend the courses?
There are two ways you can participate.
You need the have undestanding of differential and integral calculus and knowledge of newtonian mechanics, classical electromagnetism and concepts of modern physics.
Send an email to guasa2013@uvg.edu.gt asking for the bank account where to make the deposit by the indicated amount. Once you do the deposit send a scan or a picture of the deposit receipt to the same email address.
